About Highrise Networks


Highrise brings together partners and upper management from various professional backgrounds in monthly Mastermind Groups. Members meet to create opportunities, share ideas, solve common issues and develop relationships that ultimately turn into business.

Having a strong Mastermind Group means putting the right people in the room. Every Member is hand-chosen, interviewed, and invited to join.

Highrise Groups are built around vertical environments to make it convenient for Members to meet each month.

Launched in 2015, we currently have 17 Groups and 5 Industry Specific Verticals in the Los Angeles Market. In November 2018, we will be launching new Groups in Orange County.

Our Groups

As a Member of a Highrise Group, you’ll meet monthly with a diverse group of top professionals and build powerful relationships within your vertical environment.

Highrise has a policy of allowing just one member per specialty. This diversity creates the right group dynamic and ultimately ensures members success.

Groups are designed to be intimate with 10 to 15 professionals at each meeting. The benefit is our members create strong and long-lasting relationships.

Mastermind Focus

Success in business is defined by how well you capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges.

Our mastermind format allows Members to tap the collective knowledge and experience of the group to work on issues that are relevant to their success.  For some, it means connecting with new clients while for others, it’s about refining their business strategy or solving operational issues. In the end, it’s all about achieving success.

Benjamin Franklin created the Mastermind Group. Many of the most successful people in history have followed his path including Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Henry Ford, Franklin Roosevelt, Andrew Carnegie, John D.  Rockefeller, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Charles Schwab.

Proximity Based

Research shows that people in proximity form stronger, more productive relationships. The research also shows that face-to-face business meetings produce more revenue and profit than any other form of communication. This research is one of the cornerstones of our model.

Our groups are designed around vertical environments to make getting to and from meetings very time efficient. Often, our Members can walk a block or two or even take the elevator to their meetings.
